What We Do

Engineering Tomorrow’s Energy Security

We develop advanced hydrogen technologies that strengthen energy security, accelerate the transition to clean energy and create practical solutions for industries, communities and future generations.
A Little Of Our Story

Why We Exist

Hydrogen Systems Australia was founded at a pivotal moment in early 2020, when global disruption exposed the limitations of traditional energy infrastructure. Drawing on decades of expertise in hydrogen, engineering and system integration, we recognised the need for a new approach: scalable, decentralised hydrogen technologies capable of producing clean energy at the point of demand. Today, HSA is developing innovative solutions that strengthen energy security, support industry and communities, and accelerate the transition to a more resilient, sustainable energy future.

We provide true energy security by producing clean hydrogen where it is needed—reducing reliance on centralised grids, diesel and vulnerable supply chains.

Engineering the Future of Green Hydrogen Technology

What We Do

Hydrogen Systems Australia develops advanced hydrogen technologies designed to make clean energy more affordable, accessible and scalable. Through innovation, engineering excellence and proprietary intellectual property, we are creating next-generation solutions that support energy security, decarbonisation and the global transition. At the core of our technology portfolio is the development of breakthrough hydrogen production systems, including our Dual Frequency Plasma Electrolyzer technology. Designed to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and accelerate commercial adoption, our technologies aim to transform how green hydrogen is produced, stored and utilised across industry and communities.

We focus on delivering practical, real-world solutions that address the growing demand for sustainable energy infrastructure while supporting Australia's position as a leader in clean technology innovation.
